How to make green onion (Scallion) pancakes - 蔥油餅

I used to have these after I get out from school as a child in Taiwan.

The best part is that you can store them in the fridge and fry them whenever you are hungry!

Now I usually have these for breakfast. Just crack an egg and then add some sauce on to it.

This is the first video I ever made, so I am still looking for improvement.

Le Pain Quotidien-NYC

Most customers are here before their show at Lincoln Center, including me!
My aunt and I came to Le Pain Quotidien before American’s Ballet’s Cinderella.

The atmosphere at Le Pain Quotidien is pleasant and very welcoming.  All of their chairs and tables are made of wood; it sure has some European taste to it!

The open sandwiches are the main items at Le Pain Quotidien. My aunt ordered their smoke salmon with guacamole and she really enjoyed it.

I ordered a bowl of their soup special, which comes with two pieces of bread (one whole-wheat and one white).

Also, their mint tea is made out of fresh mint. You can see mint leaf inside of the tea-pot! Neat.

We sat at the community table, a long table that you have to share with strangers.  It is an interesting experience! I think I like the feel of having this connection with people I don't know.

Our waiter was really nice to us. We told him that we need to catch the 7pm show, and he brought out our order and our check quickly.

I feel like every time I go to NYC, the stores of Le Pain Quotidien are multiplying. I think I can understand why… It has this unique countryside feeling to this cafe that is hard to find in Big Apple City.
