How to make green onion (Scallion) pancakes - 蔥油餅

I used to have these after I get out from school as a child in Taiwan.

The best part is that you can store them in the fridge and fry them whenever you are hungry!

Now I usually have these for breakfast. Just crack an egg and then add some sauce on to it.


This is the first video I ever made, so I am still looking for improvement.
