PJ's Pancakes House

Thanks to Living Social, my friends and I got a good deal at PJ's Pancake House!

I don't know about you, but I love living in Princeton. It sure is a wonderful town.
The long line for brunch in front of PJ's on weekends.

The pancakes are good, I got the pancakes sampler that comes with chocolate chips, cinnamon crunch , and walnuts.

The pancakes are super fluffy! The only thing can be better is the syrup they use.
A bottle of real maple syrup will be nice.
My friends all got the Two-Fer Breakfast. Comes with two eggs, two pancakes, two pieces of beacons, and one sausage link. (Why not two sausage links?!)

Do not complain that it is over-price, it is Princeton after all.
Have I ever had better pancakes elsewhere? Yes.
But I will promise you that this will be the best pancakes in Princeton Township.
It is the atmosphere that makes PJ's a great place for you and your friends and family.

Right now PJ's is changing a little bit, they are including pasta on their menu. Interesting. I will try next time!

Habana to go

Over the summer, my grandma and my cousins from Taiwan came visit us. While we were in New York, we tried the famous Café Habana.

Not surprisingly, the café is full of people, and the line is super long. Because of my impatient character, I decided that we will just go to the Habana’s take out right next door.

We ordered nothing but the corn.

The corn is sweet with cheese powder on top of it. It is delish, but, I got to say, nothing beat the grilled corn covered with BBQ sauce in Taiwan night markets.

I went on to their website and found this very sweet video of Café Habana’s owner. Maybe I will like the café more. Next time I will be patient and wait.
