White Wine Short Ribs Stew

This is my first recipe post, please excuse my mistakes and I will try to make it better next time.

I love short ribs. Their juiciness and the way they melt off the bones just make me the happiest person.

You will need
-Short ribs
-Onion
-Carrots
-Garlic
-Celery stick
-Tomato
-Butter
-Salt and pepper
-White wine
-Broth/ water
-All Purpose flour

First. sprinkle some sea salt and fresh grind pepper on these tiny ribs. Let them sit for few minutes while you are getting your pot ready.

Now is the time to get your LC pot ready. Heat it in medium low heat and melt some butter inside of the pan.

Cover your ribs with All Purpose flour on both sides.
Fry them in the butter that is heated in the pan, about 1 minute on both sides until it is brown.
Take them out once you are done.
Now is the time to chop up all your vegetables. The onions and the garlic should go in your pot first. Enjoy the sweet smell that will fill your kitchen. Then you can add in all the other stuff.

Once they are all soften and good to go, add in 2 cups of white wine. Let them simmer for 1 minutes or so, then add in the broth or water. (I used water just because we do not keep chicken broth in my house.)

 You job here is done!

Then you can just close the top and let the magic works by itself. Wait for about 2 hours until you serve this yummy goodness.
My brother said this dish will be so good if it is serve with potato, but we only got rice in my house. CLOSE ENOUGH!
